Choir Director
Marleen Lippert, Chancel Choir Director - Marleen Lippert has been Plymouth’s volunteer Chancel Choir Director for more than twenty-five years. A child of Plymouth
Church, Marleen recently retired as Office Administrator in the Plant Pathology Department of the University of Wisconsin. Marleen has been an integral part of Plymouth’s community all of her
life, and has held virtually every elective and appointive position available. In addition to directing the choir Marleen is also Church Treasurer and a leader of women’s activities. She has
been a volunteer at the University of Wisconsin Arboretum and is a member of P.E.O. and Eastern Star. She and Rod Lippert have been married for more than twenty-five years. |

Organist
Lyle Anderson, Organist - Lyle Anderson plays Carillon for the University of Wisconsin, is the “weatherguy” for the University, and the official declarer of the
dates on which Madison’s lakes become officially frozen over in winter, and open in spring. Lyle holds a Master of Music degree in music history from UW-- Madison, has done doctoral degree
research in organ music of the French baroque, as well as carillon study and graduate study in organ. He also works on the technical staff of the nationally syndicated “Whad' Ya Know?”
radio show on Wisconsin Public Radio. Lyle began working with Plymouth in 1998. |

Organist
Julie Cross, Organist - Julie joined our staff on July 1st of 2009. She lives on the West side of Madison and teaches at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as an assistant professor of voice since 2005. She has a DMA in voice from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; M.M.degree from Manhattan School of Music, New York; and B.M. degree from Oberlin College Conservatory of Music, Oberlin, OH. She has also been an organist at many other churches.
